Being the largest threading facility in Australia, Sharpe Engineering provides manufacturing and repair of drilling related products for the CSG oil and gas exploration and production industry. It also supplies threaded casing, drilling tools and adaptors and carries out BOP servicing and testing. Sharpe Engineering also has the ability to manufacture and repair drilling related products on an ‘as need’ basis, and its in-house engineering department can quickly cater to any last minute changes clients may have.

Sharpe Engineering is a family owned company and commenced operation in November, 1995.

With the facility strategically located in the hub of the CSG drilling and production areas of Queensland and NSW, down time and lead times are reduced.
Sharpe Engineering also specializes in ‘just-in-time’ manufacturing, from a one-off to full production runs.
With its recently opened Brisbane threading facility in full production and threaded pipe in stock, customers now have a choice of delivery from two locations.
Machining API and premium connections on
Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) or castin/tubing is the main service provided by Sharpe Engineering.
